This house was made as a labour of love. The owners, Phil and Jane McCormack, had access to the finest timber and Magnum Board resources through their business - McCormacks Australia. Once this house was finally built, it was no longer a beach house but a new home to share with their friends and family.
Upon approaching the property, you’re greeted by Mixed Durability Class 2 Fence Posts lining the front fence. Red Gum Sleepers shaping the garden and a beautiful Jarrah decking next to the pool. Inside, you walk along amazing Blackbutt flooring and you breathe much easier inside thanks to Magnum Board Ezi-Line and T&G Underlay Flooring. All coming together to create a masterpiece for the whole family to enjoy.
